Speaker 1:
Charlene Deaver-Vazquez, FISMACS, LLC
Abstract:
CRQ encompasses various methods, tools, and models for quantifying cyber risk. Many people are familiar with the Factor Analysis of Information Risk (FAIR), which quantifies risk in financial terms, but it is just one of several frameworks for quantifying risk. I explore basic and advanced methods for quantifying risk, and focus on the value of the initial estimate of risk to the decision-making process.
