• ‌Important Use Notes (TDS & Water Source): This under-sink system does not reduce TDS. It is designed for municipal tap water and cold water only (not for well water or hot water). It is described as reducing 30+ substances while retaining beneficial minerals, with no wasted water, no power required, and minimal pressure drop during normal use.
• Replacement Filter Models (No ASIN): For the WD-TSU-WB system, replacement filters include WD-TSPP, WD-TSUF, and WD-TSCT (search by these model names).
• 0.01 μm Ultrafiltration & Mineral Retention: Uses a 0.01 μm ultrafiltration membrane designed to help reduce impurities larger than 0.01 μm, along with residual chlorine, taste & odor, fluoride, and certain heavy metals. The system is designed to retain minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium, and magnesium, so TDS readings may not drop.
• Integrated Waterway & Smart Indicators: An integrated-waterway design helps reduce the chance of leaks and is intended to allow filter changes without shutting off the water supply. A smart indicator panel shows operating status and reminds you when it’s time to replace filters.
• Lifespan & Installation Requirements: Filter-life guidance: UF filter up to 24 months, PP filter about 6 months, and CT filter about 12 months (varies by water conditions and usage). The kit includes a stainless steel faucet, 3/8" inlet hose, 1/4" outlet hose, a 3/8"–1/2" adapter, and other accessories. Installation typically takes a few minutes, and filters are designed to replace with a twist-and-pull in about 3 seconds. Note: installation requires drilling a 1-inch countertop hole.
