Dual-Bushing Design for Strength
X24 tech is the answer to the wear and tear that destroys most rack and pinions. To make RackBoss 2.0 the best rack and pinion; we use durable PTFE bushings at both ends that eliminate play from the internal gears and tension spring. Altogether; X24 tech reduces wear by over 50%. We also include a built-in grease fitting so you can keep everything well lubricated. Better lubrication + X24 tech = an unkillable rack and pinion.

Solid Steel Bar Z-Bend Tie Rods
Our heavy-duty tie rods are built to take a beating. Theyre made from a full 1 diameter solid steel bar. The heim joints are pretty hardcore too; with 16 mm rack threads and 3/4 rod threads. These tie rods are also built with a special Z-bend design thats stronger and more reliable. The bends are reinforced with custom gussets for superior durability and performance. With tie rods like these; youll be able to take on the roughest trails without hesitation.
