Made from 100% polyester fibers with a 600x600 denier weave, this canvas measures 58/60 inches wide and features a PFAS-free polyurethane (PU) solution coating for enhanced durability and weather resistance. Engineered with a flexible 0.45mm thick PU backing, this fabric is waterproof, mold resistant, and UV resistant for up to 1,000 hours—twice as long as traditional PVC-coated canvas. Unlike PVC-coated versions, this PU canvas offers superior flexibility while remaining crease-resistant and easy to sew, even on standard machines. Solution-dyed during fiber spinning, each strand is deeply infused with color, ensuring long-lasting vibrancy and maximum UV stability. This advanced dyeing process helps prevent fading, improves color quality, and enhances overall fabric performance.
