Especially the popular combination of juniper berries, laurel, cloves, and whole peppercorns can often be found as a spice mix for intensive meat dishes and aromatic soups. The two spice bags from Fackelmann are used here: simply fill in the herbs and spices, tie them tightly with the fine string, cook with them and then remove them again. Aromas and taste remain in the dish, the spices themselves are completely removed. The bags are also suitable for filling with fragrant herbs (e.g. lavender, roses or jasmine flowers) or for storing small items such as craft beads, brooches and much more.
