Esab® OK® AUTROD 308L Stainless Steel Wire with 1/8" Dia comes on a 55 lb coil and has general corrosion resistance. It is designed for use in the chemical, food-processing, shipbuilding, automotive, general fabrication, beverage industries, as well as for pipes, tubes and boilers. It can also be used in combination with OK Flux 10.93, OK Flux 10.94 or OK Flux 10.95. Alloy has a low carbon content that makes it ideally suitable for applications where there is intergranular corrosion risk. It has tensile strength of 54 ksi at 370 MPa and yield strength of 90 ksi at 620 MPa. It is used for SAW welding process.
