While this shift unlocks enormous capability, it also introduces a new category of risk that existing security maturity models were never designed to address. In this session, we will explore how the AI threat surface differs from conventional software and why organizations lack a systematic way to measure their AI security posture. To close that gap, we will introduce HAIAMM, an open-source maturity model that gives the community a shared framework for assessing, benchmarking, and improving AI security maturity.\nSpeaker: Kuai Hinojosa, AI Practice Lead \nKuai Hinojosa is a security and AI architecture leader with over 15 years of experience designing and scaling secure, intelligent systems across fintech, SaaS, and enterprise environments. He specializes in integrating artificial intelligence into real-world applications, focusing on governance, assurance, and operational impact. As the creator of the Human Assisted Intelligence Assurance Maturity Model (HAIAMM), Kuai helps organizations adopt AI responsibly by aligning human oversight, automation, and security into scalable frameworks. His work bridges AI innovation with practical enterprise needs, enabling teams to move from experimentation to production with confidence.\n    ||         Registration (NYC/LI & Remote)         ||\n
