The Sheltered Harbor ecosystem comprises participating institutions (U.S. banks, credit unions, brokerages, asset managers), national trade associations, solution providers and service providers dedicated to enhancing the stability and cyber resilience of the financial sector.\n\n\nSpeaker Bio:\nJim combines his computer science degree and experience with over a decade as a practicing attorney, helping customers to better understand cybersecurity requirements and best practices, from regulatory and legal concerns to the technical details. Today his practice focuses mainly on ransomware and destructive attacks, and combating their impact with our Cyber Recovery Solution. Jim has been the driving force behind Dell’s relationship with the Sheltered Harbor initiative and serves on its Joint Steering Committee, and is a long-time participant in the Sedona Conference working groups on electronic information and cybersecurity and privacy.\n\n\n­­­­­­Session 2:\nDigital Health Passes, Blockchain and Cyber\n\n\nSpeaker:\nEric Piscini, Global VP Payer and Emerging Business Networks, IBM Watson\n\nAbstract:\nOpportunities and challenges to develop and implement digital health passes and their ecosystem. How blockchain and other mechanisms are put to use in delivering data integrity, confidentiality, authentication, privacy and availability for various digital certificate solutions such as a Excelsior pass in the state of New York\n\n\nSpeaker Bio:\nEric Piscini is Global VP for Payer and Emerging Business Networks at IBM Watson Health where he leads a multi-disciplinary and global team to develop new business platforms and networks based on the latest innovative technologies including blockchain, artificial intelligence, industry analytics and hybrid clouds. Under Eric’s leadership, IBM Watson Health launched many products including Digital Health Pass, a new way for individuals to demonstrate their health status.\n\n\nBefore joining IBM, Eric was the Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Reserve, a blockchain technology startup providing a revolutionary global supply chain solution across industries. Citizens Reserve is leading the SUKU project, building Supply Chain as-a-service ecosystem on blockchain.\n\n\nFrom 2013 to 2018, Eric was the global blockchain leader for Deloitte Consulting and the co-lead of the global blockchain and digital assets team, launching and growing a global team of 1200 members. As part of his global function, Eric developed blockchain strategies and solutions for his clients, created a large ecosystem of large and small partners and led teams to bring blockchain technologies to reality.\n\n\n\n\nEric regularly speaks and writes on the business of innovation, blockchain and emerging networks. He has been interviewed in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Bloomberg, Fortune, Forbes, Off the chain podcast, American Banker and CoinDesk.\n\n\nHe earned a Masters in Computer Science from University of Paris VI, France and a Masters in Economics from Cergy-Pontoise, France.\n\n\n\n\n
