DESCRIPTION:THIS MEETING IS FOR STUDENTS ONLY (RECENT AND SOON TO BE GRADUATING)\nWe have invited some talent acquisition and recruiting specialists to help you prepare to apply to cybersecurity jobs. This is the second meeting in the Series for Students, after a very successful Breaking into Cybersecurity Meeting last July, with 99 registered guests!\nThis will be a highly interactive workshop and panel discussion. Learn from industry experts in the areas of:\n\nResume Writing\n\nCurrent trends and successful approaches\nFormatting for easy uploading\nJob boards and Linked-In\n\n\nInterviewing Skills\n\nDifferent types of interviews\nPreparing for a video meeting vs. in-person meeting\nResources\n\n\n\n \nWin a $50 Amazon gift card!\nTo be raffled off during the meeting.\nScholarship memberships: Game amongst all colleges\nWin something you can put on your resume! In\nhis over 30 years of experience, Tom has held a variety of leadership positions providing staffing, talent acquisition and\nmanage service solutions to his clients. Additionally, Tom oversees a non-profit charter school in the Philippines with\nover 2,400 students from Kindergarten through college and a special section for the hearing impaired. He has a B.S in\nEconomics from Fairfield University. Eclaro has been one of the founding contributors to the Richter Scholarship for\nSupply Chain professionals and sits on the Foundation Board of St. Charles Hospital.\nMark Agovino is the founder of Coppertree Staffing, a direct-hire and contract recruiting agency serving the needs of\ntechnology businesses in the New York Metro Area since 2009. In his 15 years of technical recruiting, he has focused on\nIT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity. He is an active member of a wide range of industry groups including LISTnet (Long\nIsland Software & Technology), WIT (Women in Technology), and is a board member with the Long Island chapter of the\nIAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners). He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel\nUniversity and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.\n
